Mae Aquathlon Iau Dreigiau yn ôl... Sialens chwaraeon llawn hwyl i athletwyr Iau. Mae'r Aquathlon yn cynnwys nofio yn y pwll 25 medr yng Nghanolfan Byw'n Iach Dwyfor, cyn rhedeg o amgylch tir y lleoliad i ddilyn.

The Dreigiau Junior Aquathlon is back... A fun sporting challenge for Junior athletes. The Aquathlon comprises of a swim in the 25 mtr heated pool at the Pwllheli Leisure centre followed by a run around the grounds of the venue.
Final round of the 2023 Welsh Tristar series.

AGE GROUPS
Pennir y categori oedran yn ôl oedran ar 31 Rhagfyr ym mlwyddyn y gystadleuaeth yn unol â rheolau Triathlon Prydain.
Enghreifftiau o gategori oedran -
a) Mae plentyn sy’n 7 ar hyn o bryd ond yn troi’n 8 rhwng y digwyddiad a mis Rhagfyr yn gallu cystadlu yng ngrŵp Tristar Start.
b) Byddai plentyn sy’n 10 oed ond yn troi’n 11 rhwng y digwyddiad a Rhagfyr yn cystadlu yng ngrŵp Tristar 2.

Age category shall be determined by age at 31 December in the year of competition in line with British Triathlon rules.
Examples of age category –
a) A child who is currently 7 but turns 8 between the event and December is able to compete in Tristar Start group.
b) A child who is 10 but turns 11 between the event and December would compete in Tristar 2 group.
